Homes England Legal Services Framework 2022-2026

Tender description

Homes England is planning to appoint a national framework of legal professional service providers to provide a range of property and investment related legal services. It is proposed that the framework will cover the following categories, routine real estate and investment, specialist real estate and corporate, bespoke and complex projects and affordable housing and home ownership. Individual commissions and appointments from the framework will be either be via direct award or further competition. Additional information: Homes England is requesting interested parties show their interest via the email address legalservicestender@HomesEngland.gov.uk before 5pm 28 January 2022. These interested parties may be contacted as part of early market engagement. Please note, this deadline has been extended from 14 January 2022. Conditions regarding this Early Engagement: 1) This Early Engagement is not a call for competition and is not published to reduce time limits for the receipt of tenders; 2) Homes England reserves the right not to commence any procurement or award any contract in respect of this notice; 3) The information contained in this Early Engagement may be subject to change due to the impact of governance, assurance and regulatory changes.
