H3AT – Pressure Vessels

Tender description

UKAEA wishes to engage with potential prime contractors, SME’s, pressure vessel designers and manufacturers for the supply of vessels in a variety of volumes. Approximately twenty-six vessels will be required. This is subject to preliminary and detailed engineering design phases, numbers may increase or decrease. These vessels will be for use in a number of sub-systems that will make up the Tritium Plant located within the new H3AT Facility currently in construction on the UKAEA Culham site. There will be two main types of vessel: single containment and dual containment. Vessels will be required to be taken through design analysis, manufacture, testing and then delivery to UKAEA’s site in Culham.
