<p>North Somerset Council is seeking to engage with potential providers to manage and deliver rent collection, site, and repairs management to 9 Gypsy &amp; Traveller pitches on 3 council owned sites, and 1 mobile home owned by the council on a rented pitch on a private gypsy &amp; traveller site. The contract period will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1-year period.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The purpose of this soft market engagement exercise is to gauge interest in this opportunity and to help us shape our specification development.
