The project is looking to commission a consultant to undertake a study which will provide a valuable resource from which to deliver the project, including but not limited to Explore and demonstrate the feasibility of introducing multi – functional rural wellbeing centres which focus on issues of wellbeing, advice, guidance, health, nutrition and skills & knowledge development for the food and drink sector.
