Tender description

The Health and Social Care (Quality and Engagement) (Wales) Act 2020 is due to be fully commenced by April 2023. The Welsh Government wishes to commission a theory of change and formal evaluability assessment to inform the questions, approaches and methods to be used to for the full evaluation of the Act.
