Tender description

Scottish Enterprise is procuring engineering consultancy services in connection with Seabraes, Dundee. The purpose of the contract will be to develop a design solution to address surface water drainage issues occurring in the gardens of numbers 20-26 Roseangle, which adjoin SE’s Seabraes Yards site. A similar package of work was undertaken for 28-30 Roseangle in 2017 which resolved surface water drainage issues in those properties. The contract start is estimated in December 2021/January 2022 and to be completed by end June 2022. The anticipated budget for this contract is between GBP45,000 - GBP63,000 (excl VAT).
