Further Competition was issued in relation to the ‘Building in Use - Support Services’ Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This involved inviting tenders from the providers who were registered against the relevant lot(s) of the DPS. Cotham Gardens Primary school is a 3-form entry, split-site Academy school located in the Cotham area of Bristol. We have a capacity of 630 pupils. Our two sites are a very short walk from each other. Our main site, Cotham Grove, is constituted by a number of converted Victorian-era houses with various more modern extensions. Our second site is a two-storey, purpose-built, modern school that opened in 2016. The contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services to the Client, including daily cleaning and out of term deep cleaning, for spaces including but not limited to teaching, office, circulation, and restroom spaces.
