Via East Midlands Ltd is seeking to appoint three suitably experienced and accredited contractors to a Delivery Partnership Framework. The intention is for Via East Midlands Ltd to establish a partnering relationship to ensure that all parties work and act in a spirit of mutual trust, co-operation and collaboration. The aim of the Delivery Partnership Framework is provide Via East Midlands Ltd with additional capacity to meet current and future demands, primarily for construction and surfacing works. This will involve providing labour, plant, materials and full supervision of the works.
