Tender description
Work with NDCT to upgrade Buccleuch house to provide a learning centre and accommodation suite NDCT wish to appoint a design team to work with them on the upgrade of Buccleuch House and grounds to provide a new community learning centre and accommodation suite. This is the first of a series of projects NDCT plan to upgrade, but the appointed team will be expected to provide sketch designs for other projects as part of this appointment to aid community consultation.
