REPLACEMENT BOILERS AT VARIOUS WEST MIDLANDS FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITY SITES

Tender description

The Services Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the installations as detailed on the Tender drawings and within this specification, employing skilled personnel and specialist contractors as necessary to achieve the standards described. The mechanical services shall include the following: - 1) Strip out and enabling works 2) Gas Installation 3) LTHW Heating Installation 4) Building Management and Controls systems 5) Thermal Insulation 6) Testing and Commissioning Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments. All plant shall be so installed such that it complies with CDM and Health and Safety guidance on access and good maintenance. The new boiler installations shall take place at the following locations: Tettenhall Fire Station, Regis Road, Wolverhampton WV6 8RU Oldbury Fire Station, Old Park Lane, Oldbury B69 4PU Smethwick Fire Station Stony Lane, Smethwick B67 7QW Woodgate Valley Fire Station, 161 Stonehouse Ln, Quinton, Birmingham B32 3AG Site Visits to be arranged by contacting Richard Clarke on 07973 810 834.
