Louth LEADER Partnership (LLP) though funding provided under the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme 2018-2022 (SICAP), seek suitably experienced and qualified tenderers to deliver the QQI Level 5 accredited Healthcare Support Award –Code 5M4339. The purpose of this full QQI Level 5 Award is to enable short and long term unemployed individuals, many of whom could be early school leavers to:  Receive the necessary training input to secure QQI Level 5 Health Care Support Award Code 5M4339  Acquire the knowledge, skill, and competence to work under supervision in providing support in a variety of Healthcare settings  Secure work experience as part of course  Progress to part-time or full-time employment in the healthcare sector.  Demonstrate a broad range of knowledge relating to the healthcare support role and to the health and wellbeing of clients in a variety of healthcare settings.  Evaluate and use information to plan, develop and implement appropriate healthcare strategies in a variety of care settings whilst working under specific direction and supervision within a support capacity.  Progress onto further education and training
