Waterford, X35 TN99 comprising the construction of a new extension and associated siteworks to the existing school of c.290m2. Works requirements will include the demolition of the existing 4no. prefabricated classrooms (approx. 334m2) to the North (rear) of the existing school and the construction of 3 no. single storey classrooms with ensuite wc’s, new assisted user wc and adjoining corridor extension to the North (rear) of the existing school (approx. 290m2) with roof mounted PV panels, together with all associated drainage and all ancillary and associated site works.
