Tender description

On behalf of the GRETB (The contracting authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Electrical and Mechanical Consultancy Services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) at Colaiste Ghobnait, Inisheer, Co. na Gaillimhe. The project consists of upgrading the existing fire alarm and emergency lighting system throughout the site which includes the main building and prefabricated structures. The works to the Main Building, Extension and Prefabs will include the following as outlined in the Summer works application: o Installation of Fire Alarm in compliance with IS3218 latest edition. o Installation of Emergency Lighting in compliance with IS3217 latest edition. These works were granted under the Department of Education and Skills Summer Works Scheme and must be completed during the summer while the school is unoccupied and no later than 20th August 2021.
