Highlands and Islands Enterprise are planning to undertake infrastructure and building design together with consenting for the development of two sites: - Site adjacent to Unit 4b at Wick Industrial Estate - Sites 2 & 3, Golspie Business Park The purpose of this commission is to undertake appropriate site investigation informing the infrastructure, services and building design, prepared to detailed design (RIBA Stage 4) with consents which will allow HIE to take forward separate future construction tenders for each of the developments on a Design Development & Construct basis.
