<p>Care package required for Mr and Mrs in Romaldkirk, Barnard Castle Mr has a medical history of severe rheumatoid arthritis, he has a fracture of the spine due to a prolapse of the spine, fibrosis of the lung, a stoma bag, short term memory problems/confusion (which have not been investigated). Mr's mobility is poor and he walks with the aid of two sticks and supervision. He requires assistance with washing and dressing, meal preparation and medication. There is a toilet located upstairs and downstairs. Whilst Mrs has been in hospital the District Nurse has been visiting every three days to change the stoma bag and this is to continue. Mrs is normally her husband&rsquo;s main carer however she was admitted to hospital recently following a black out, in which she fractured her pubic rami. Has recently been diagnosed with pancreatitis. Other medical issues include auto immune liver disease (currently stable and has regular blood tests), heart murmur, osteo arthritis. Mrs unfortunately came into proximity of a person with Covid-19 when she is in hospital and is currently back home in self isolation. Her daughter had planned on staying with her parents for a week or so and providing support, but is now unable to do so due to this. Mrs currently needs a walking frame to mobilise and is in a great deal of pain in her pubic area. Has a pain patch which she needs help applying each day.</p> Keywords: home, care
