Tender description

• Provide expert HR advice in response to queries related to onboarding/pre-employment checks from the business and colleagues on novel or complex queries, in line with DHSC policies. • Process casework and queries by the required deadline, working at pace to deliver outcomes for the business that comply with civil service, departmental and legal guidelines. • Oversee the day to day management of the HR Operations Team mailbox, managing own caseloads of a range of contract types (Loans, secondments, FTAs etc.). • Manage information and data, following policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality is maintained, ensure information is accessible when required to provide accurate reporting of data. • Complete daily management information to track case progress and identify blockers. • Provide support to projects, working collaboratively and building strong proactive working relationships with colleagues in all parts of DHSC to ensure overall outcomes are achieved.
