<p>The car park surface needs to have clearly defined parking bays The green space adjacent to the car park footprint needs to be protected from cars The works needs to be sensitive to the requirements of a nature reserve and wider green/environmental agendas The car park needs to put pedestrian priority and safety at the heart of the design Habitat and green space reinstatement needs to fit with the wider themes of the statutory Local Nature Reserve The soft and hard landscaping and infrastructure needs to design out anti social behaviour and provide a sense of safety The concept plan uses geo-grid. We require a quote for the Geo grid and a tarmac option. The tarmac option will required surface run off solutions such as a deeper middle swale to hold the water and drainage. All works to be carried out in one construction programme to avoid the need to open and close the car park Tree and plant species to be agreed by client Provide 1 year after care support for trees, plants and grass to support their establishment Replace all trees that fail in the first year Contractor to fully support out communications to stakeholders with timely updates</p> Keywords: Car Park
