Framework Agreement for Modernisation of Lift Installations 2021-2023

Tender description

Trust Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with three Contractors for the modernisation of the lift engineering installations including improvements to facilitate disabled access and enhance lift safety. The Framework Agreement includes a single lift in each of nine sites in a single Lot as identified in Volumes B1 to B9 of the Tender documents. The Framework Agreement includes a single lift in each of nine sites in a single Lot as identified in Volumes B1 to B9 of the Tender documents. The Contractor that is in first place after the tender evaluation process will carry out any works as instructed by Trust Housing Association and their performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators detailed in the tender documents. Works will be awarded to the second placed Contractor if the first placed Contractor has not performed satisfactorily in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators or if the first placed Contractor is unable to complete the Works in line with Trust Housing Association’s timescales. The first and second placed Contractors shall be given preference over the Contractor ranked number three. All orders will be at the sole discretion of Trust Housing Association. The rates contained within the Pricing sections of this Framework Agreement will apply to Works required to be carried out for Trust Housing Association during the period of the Framework Agreement. Each section shall be priced on the premise that Trust Housing Association may choose not to commission work to all nine lifts.
