• Provide an overview to approach towards ERP or Best of Breed solution implementations for Local Government – assuring work around solution review and development of business case • Insight into large ERP implementations, particularly in other London Boroughs, and what typically makes the difference between success and failure • Detailed knowledge and experience of all aspects of migrating all finance modules to ERP and associated business process change • Experience of managing Finance , HR, Payroll and Procurement Workstream conflicts particularly through effective development and management of requirements and solution evaluation phases, ensuring these can be successfully resolved in a way that consistently avoids conflict in implementation phase • Experience of delivery of an Income / Cash Management solution fully integrated with Finance modules of ERP. • Experience of dealing with challenging and demanding stakeholders and providing commentary for senior stakeholders that assists informed decision making and engagement
