Tender description

The Authority took over a pre-agreed lease with the supplier which the NHS Trust had drafted with the intention of caring for Covid-19 positive patients on the 9 bed facility so that the Hospital could free up bed capacity for the most seriously ill Covid-19 patients. The lease went through Wirral Council due diligence and approval by the legal team, Anne Quirk working with the suppliers lawyers and Vikki Shaw signing the lease agreement on behalf of Adult Social Commissioning.
