Tenders are sought for the Supply of a Digital PCR system for the Trinity Translational Medicine Institute at the TCDSJ Cancer campus. It must be capable of providing absolute quantification of target DNA or RNA molecules for EvaGreen or probe-based digital PCR applications and have the capacity to conduct the following: • Copy number variation analysis • Rare mutation and sequence detection • Gene expression • Next-generation sequencing library analysis
