Tender description

When Public Health transferred over to Wirral Council in 2013 the budgets for Wirral Primary Care Trust (WPCT) were split into its constituent parts. The funding relation to the Clinical Consultant working in Arrowe Park Hospital supporting CDOP with reports when a child death occurs in the hospital was left in the Council's Public Health budget. This should have been allocated to Wirral Clinical Commissioning Group (WCCG) when the WPCT was disestablished.
