C1087 Supply, Delivery and Service Provision of Polyelectrolytes

Tender description

This Contract is for the supply and delivery of the following Goods: - • Polyelectrolytes suitable for use in the clean water treatment process; and • Polyelectrolytes suitable for use in the waste water treatment process The Client reserves the right to amend the Specification or re-negotiate Price during the Contract Period to cater for innovation or developments in the Goods. The cumulative effect of these additional Goods will not increase the Contract’s value to more than 10 percent times the value advertised in the contract notice. The Client reserves the right to purchase the following additional Goods or Services under this Contract during the Contract Period: - • Utilise the Economic Operator to provide any additional services associated with supply and optimisation of polyelectrolytes
