Tender description

Design of a cultural centre and café on the ground floor, provision of social housing on the first, second and third floors, provision of apartments on the fourth floor and a roof garden on the fifth floor. Upgrade the existing Merchants road lower to provide a shared surface improving the public realm at street level. Brief: — ground floor cultural 240 m2; — ground floor Café 70 m2; — 6 x 2 bed apartments for social housing on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors; — 2 x 2 bed apartment on 4th floor; — roof garden accessible for residents on the 5th floor. Build area: 950 m2.
