<p>Allerdale Borough Council (the Council) is seeking quotations for Architect Services for Maryport Town Hall to production RIBA stage 4 plans, the submission and managing of planning and building regulations applications to approval and the production of specifications for procurement of contractors in line with the specification outlined in the request for quote document. We are seeking the services of a Conservation accredited architect, or architects practice, with considerable experience of working on the alteration of historic buildings in line with SPAB principles and Historic England good practice. The project / contract is for approximately 2 months (subject to agreement, the confirmation of your proposed timescales and time dependencies for the planning process).
