IDA Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two single-party framework agreements for: — Lot 1 Strategic and Creative Services (Appendix A of Questionnaire), — Lot 2 Media Planning and Buying Services (Appendix B of Questionnaire).
