<p>Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an Active Travel Challenge.</p> <p>To support the infrastructure improvements being made under the Government's Active Travel funding, Swindon Borough Council wish to run an active travel challenge for residents in 2021.&nbsp; The challenge will reward residents for using active travel over the car, and seek to promote our new and existing infrastructure.</p> <p>We require the challenge to be online, preferably app based using:</p> <ul> <li>Gamification</li> <li>Rewards</li> <li>Participant tracking</li> <li>Monitoring</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The value is not to exceed &pound;25,000 and the contract period will be one year.<em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p>Full details relating to the Services are provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ) documents.</p> <p>To participate, suppliers will need to register with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then register an interest before obtaining access to the RFQ documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract Period</strong></p> <p>The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months commencing 15 March 2021.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RFQ Responses</strong></p> <p><strong>RFQ Responses are required to be submitted no later than 1^st March 2021, 1000 hrs&nbsp; UK Local time via ProContract portal </strong>&nbsp;<strong>- https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Clarifications</strong></p> <p>If you require any clarifications on the RFQ documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract by <strong>22^nd February 2021 1000 UK Local time</strong>.
