Tender description

Two Mile House Community Centre CLG wishes to commission a competent and independent Consultant/Consultancy team to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study into developing a multi-user community centre in Two Mile House, Co Kildare. As such, the study sets out a blueprint for the successful development of a suitable multi-user community centre with a particular focus on its technical and financial viability aimed at providing widespread benefits across the community. This contract is subject to funding from a LEADER Programme. It is anticipated that the study will take place in Q1 2022, all price and quotes must be valid for this period.
