Tender description

To procure consultancy support to grow the visibility and encourage improved practice of knowledge management across our business through 1. developing and hosting a diverse programme of events that bring people together across organisational boundaries to share their experience, apply learning, solve problems, build their networks; and practice the behaviours and mindsets that will help effective knowledge sharing activity become part of how we do things. 2. growing our body of tools and content on our Major Projects Knowledge Management SharePoint site. Use an external resource to plan and deliver a targeted programme of engagement with all project and programme teams to capture their learning in a variety of different formats (audio, visual, written) to meet different learning styles, covering all stages of the project life cycle.
