<p>The scope of service will generally be through RIBA Stages 2-4 which will include the requirement to &bull; Review the existing condition information &bull; Continuous engagement with the Capital Projects Officer to ensure scope matches requirements and meets the Council&rsquo;s and key stakeholders expectations. &bull; Preparation of technical specifications and drawings for building fabric and MEP designs in accordance &bull; Provide indicative programme to completion of construction works, &bull; Provide associated estimated costings. &bull; Development of tender documentation (based on a standard JCT Form of Contract). &bull; Management of works including quality monitoring and Contract Administration throughout the contract duration. &bull; Provide Principal Designer duties throughout the contract duration under CDM Regs 2015. &bull; Support the Council&rsquo;s Places Services in undertaking liaison with the statutory authority&rsquo;s in regards to the works. &bull; Liaising with Council Places Services in determining suitable contractors to carry out works to the swimming pool.</p> Keywords: RIBA Design, Consultant
