Theobald House is located at 46 Dartmouth Avenue in Bath. It was formally residential, specialising in the provision of services relating to accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care with learning disabilities. The facility has now closed and the building vacated. B&NES are looking to extend and refurbish the facility into a new facility aimed at providing shared temporary accommodation. The purpose of this contract is to deliver a package of enabling works to strip out the building in preparation for future refurbishment works under a separate contract. A further objective of this piece of work is to recycle as many materials as possible following its removal from the building.
