As recovery form Covid 19 continues companies are settling into new forms or work organisation, hybrid models of on and off site and embedding the lessons from rapid change and transformation. The evolving technology landscape coupled with this environmental disruption is placing new demands on leaders, who now need a more complex set of competencies and skills for the future. In order for leaders and organisations to transition and thrive in this digital era, it is critical to take a modern and balanced approach to business, technology and talent. Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet is calling for proposals for the development and piloting of 3 programmes, to support companies’ leadership through the next stage of their development. 1. Leadership of Change 2. Leading Digital Transformation & Strategy 3. Certified Coaching programme Organisations can tender for one or a number of lots. The course outlines are purely indicative at this stage as there will be a development stage which will involve consultation with sector leaders. Therefore tenderers can propose their recommended best approach to each of the programmes.
