Tender description
In summary, the Services comprise the provision of Support Services for the implementation of an Integrated Financial Management System (SAP4/HANA ERP) across the Irish Public Health Sector . Specifically the support services will include: (i) Business process implementation and support; (ii) Solution build; (iii) Business process change management support; (iv) Finance and Procurement Shared Services implementation support; (v) Deployment to Phase 1 sites ; and (vi) Application and Development Support for Phase 1 and 2. Please refer to Appendix 1 for full details of the service required. Please note the HSE considers the details of the Statement of Requirements to be confidential information. Candidates can access the detailed Statement of Requirements by completing the Confidentiality Undertaking provided as Attachment 1 to This RFP.
