<p>MARKET ENGAGEMENT: The Council is publishing the tender/contract requirements/specification early, and is requesting that Registered Providers who may be interested in this opportunity considers the requirements document and provides feedback to the Council on whether the contract is of interest to them or not. If the contract is not of interest after viewing the requirements, the Council would value any feedback as to the reasons why.</p> <p>Participation in this early market engagement exercise is not a mandatory pre-requisite for bidding for the tender scheduled for release in January 2022.
