Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust ("KMPT" or "The Trust") requires the provision of FTSUG Services. This is a 24/7/365 service provision, undertaking the roles and responsibilities of FTSUG Services as required by the Trust. Lot 1: The provision of FTSUG Services to KMPT NHS Trust. The Service is proposed to be entered into for a period of four years and will fulfil the Trust's statutory obligation to provide for a guardian service. It will: 1. Help staff speak up 2. Support managers to identify resolutions and to protect them from unwarranted claims 3. Protect the institutional integrity of the Trust 4. Ensure continuous communication and briefing of staff as to the availability of the service 24/7/365
