Award of a contract to a Service Provider required to provide 24/7 care and support Lot 1: Children's Services within East Lothian Council require a service provider to provide residential care and support in East Lothian. The service provider will be able to provide the service flexibly, in terms of staff ratios required. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
