Tender description

The National Screening Service is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified and suitably accredited mail Service Provider that will manage the Printing, Collating, Enveloping, Posting and Return of Programme letters within the Republic of Ireland. The HSE wishes to engage a suitable Service Provider to print and supply in excess of 2 million various mail items per annum and folding and collation of additional inserts and envelopes. This figure should be used as a guide and not a guarantee of throughput. Services will also include the management and reporting of all programme return letters from An Post from eligible programme clients via a dedicated PO box in the delivery of services. Tenderers must also provide the letterheads (3 types/3 programmes) and envelopes for the programmes in the delivery of services.
