Tender description
The Health Service Executive is conducting a pre-tender Market Sounding Exercise to gather information in advance of a formal procurement process to tender for a Creditor Reconciliation Tool and a Balance Sheet Reconciliation Tool for HBS Finance Payment Services to support IFMS. The supplier responses received will not be used for supplier selection or evaluation of any subsequent procurement process. Participation or non-participation in the market sounding will not convey an advantage or disadvantage on any service provider. The attached Questionnaires, one for a Creditors Reconciliation Tool, Ref. PTMS 15656, and one for a Balance Sheet Reconciliation Tool, Ref. 15657, should be completed separately for either or both of these requirements. The completed questionnaire(s) should be submitted via the eTenders Message facility under the tender notice published on www.etenders.gov.ie, no later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 10th January 2022.
