P21-012 Contact Centre Software Call Off from CCS GCloud 12

Tender description

This Call Off Contract is for Contact Centre Software for SDS EIS, SE SFRS and SDS Contact Centre. This is a Call Off Contract award notice for a Call Off Contract awarded under the Crown Commercial Services GCloud 12 agreement. This Call Off Contract is for three tenancies procured by SDS as the contracting authority, as follows: 1. EIS - this tenancy is used by SDS Enterprise Information Services (EIS). EIS is part of SDS and is responsible for providing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services to around 3600 colleagues across SDS and our partner organisations; Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and the new South of Scotland Enterprise Agency. 2. SE EFRS - as part of the EIS service, SDS procure the contact centre software on behalf of Scottish Enterprise for use in the SE EFRS service. 3. SDS Customer Contact Centre
