Tender description
Replacement of existing oil fired boiler and heating system to include: New Mains fed Gas Boiler, Hot water tanks and associated pumps; Oil Tank de-gas and Remove; BMS modifications as required; All associated Building works; All M and E associated works; installation of new flues as required; installation of new gas pipework as required; New Gas detection system and condensation drain; Corrosion inhibitor and commissioning entire system. The installations should comply with: Health and Safety at Work act 1974, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1998, Manual Handling Regulations 1992, BS 6644 2005 Installation of Gas fired Hot Water Boilers, BS EN 1856 manufacture of Flues and Design, CP 342: 2 Centralised Hot Water Supply and Gas Safety, IM/II – Flues for Commercial and Industrial Gas Fired Boilers, IGE/UP/1 Soundness Testing and Purging Procedure, IGE/UP/2 Gas Installation Pipework BS75.
