East Ayrshire Council requires to purchase CCTV solutions which can be moved to various locations in East Ayrshire in an effort to mitigate anti-social behaviour. This PIN exercise is to gauge market interest and assist the Council in formulating a suitable specification based on technology currently available on the market which we may not know of without engaging with potential suppliers.
