3 year Plus Maintenance agreement with the original Equipment Manufacturer for Heidelberg Anterion, Spectralis Oct and HRT3 Equipment - only OEM parts & trained technicians can Maintain and support this equipment or it will invalidate any or warranties the system is on & also may cause further damage to the system Lot 1: 3 year maintenance agreement awarded to Original Equipment Manufacturer. Heidelberg is the sole supplier of the systems being covered and therefore all work must be completed by a Heidelberg engineer for maximal equipment use. Heidelberg does not provide parts to 3rd party’s and all equipment software support and upgrades are only available via Heidelberg. Any use of 3rd Party repair (inclusive of any part/products) would invalidate any contract or warranties on the system and may cause further damage to the equipment. Heidelberg Products manufacture and distribute equipment in the UK, no other organisation is licensed to offer the equipment or maintain the equipment on behalf of Heidelberg.
