Tender description
<p>The site comprises of two elements. Firstly, the former Youth and Community Centre, which was located immediately west of Tyne Road East. Secondly, and in the hinterland behind the former Youth and Community Centre, is a cleared area which previously comprised the site of the former Stanley Comprehensive School. The school buildings were demolished in 2015. The site is suitable for a residential development site and has outline planning permission for the erection of up to 110 dwellings, together with associated infrastructure works.
