Information about the Provision of Domestic Abuse Outreach Support for Women

Aberdeenshire Council are looking to notify the market of their intention to commission outreach support for women or those who identify as women (including trans-women) experiencing domestic abuse. In responding to changes in national and local policy and local data gathered through surveys and ‘tests of change’ the services will offer the following types of support: practical and emotional support; and advice and advocacy on matters such as housing, safety planning, welfare benefits, legal options, health, education, training and childcare. Support will be tailored to meet the needs of each family which may include children. The services will be commissioned in one lot covering the whole of Aberdeenshire. Any advert will be published on Public Contracts Scotland in the Spring of 2022 and the tender documents will be accessible from PCS-T.
