Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Critical Factors. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking services to support Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust perinatal services. Specifically to provide sustainable educational and developmental resources to support the development of Patient Safety Competencies: HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide at present the following skills/tools provided by Critical Factors as the preferred provider for the following reasons:  Critical Factors provide bespoke two-phase cultural change programme to enhance patient safety  Critical Factors advisors are experienced trainers in the aviation industry  Critical Factors provide bespoke consulting and educational solutions derived from aviation practices  Critical Factors have considerable experience working with healthcare systems including in observing clinical teams  Critical factors have an in-house medical advisor who works closely with the aviation based trainers  Critical Factors use their Patient Safety Competencies © tool to objectively analyse human factor strengths and development needs For the Specification, Contract and the Case for Direct Award please access the portal at: https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal.
