Lot 1: This public procurement competition relates to a requirement for the Central Bank to have an external audit carried out by an independent firm of auditors recommended by the Governing Council and approved by the Council, as required under Article 27.1 of the Statute of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB)/European Central Bank (ECB). The Central Bank wishes to appoint an independent external auditor to audit its financial statements under this statute.
