Gloucestershire County Council seeks to commission a disability-focussed organisation to deliver an Expert by Experience (EBE) led Quality Assurance (QA) Service. The Service will be an integral part of Gloucestershire’s disability QA programme. The programme provides oversight, support and scrutiny across health and social care services commissioned for individuals with learning disabilities, physical and sensory disabilities, mental health issues and/or autism. Lot 1: The Service will offer a crucial platform for all individuals receiving care and support services, regardless of their condition or diagnosis, to be able to provide feedback on the support services they receive in a way they feel comfortable to do so, in a peer-to-peer environment with the appropriate tools to be able to communicate in the way that best suits them.
