Tender description

Lot 1: Enforcement The London Lorry Control Scheme restricts movement of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) in London at nighttime and weekends. The scheme consists of Lot 1: enforcement; and Lot 2: administration services. Enforcement will involve the provision of staff, vehicles, equipment infrastructure and resources as appropriate to enable the observation of contraventions and issue of penalty charge notices (PCNs) and enquiry letters. The administration of the scheme will involve receiving and processing correspondence, issuing permissions, processing payments, managing casework and other administration necessary to support the enforcement of the scheme. Bids will be considered for Lot 1 Enforcement, and for both Lot 1 Enforcement and Lot 2 Administration combined. Bids for Lot 2 only will not be acceptable, nor will we let Lot 2 to a different tenderer.
