Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has a number of high quality fine turf areas including bowling and golf greens in which high quality end of season maintenance is required. It is anticipated that the commencement date for this work will be 19 September 2022 and work to be completed within two weeks from commencement (alternative schedules may be considered). Mid and East Antrim Borough Council recognises that dates are subject to weather and local environmental conditions. The Contract shall be for an initial term of one year. However, the Council shall have an option to extend the contract period by up to a further two 1-year periods, subject to continued satisfactory annual performance reviews and by mutual agreement
