Tender description

The receipt and processing of co-mingled recyclable materials from domestic properties in Torbay. Lot 1: SWISCo Limited's current Agreement for the receipt and processing of co-mingled recyclable materials from domestic properties in Torbay on behalf of Torbay Council is coming to an end on 31 December 2021. The purpose of this notice is to inform the market of SWISCo's intention to extend the Agreement with the incumbent Contractor to 30 June 2022 to enable a formal procurement exercise to be undertaken. The period of the proposed extension is from 01 January 2022 till 30 June 2022. Although the spend for this period is below the regulated procurement threshold, this notice is being published because the value of the extension combined with previous spend takes the total value above threshold.
